3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Nutrifactorkosovo.com?

Any product may be returned within 20 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call +383 49 600 934 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from below options for returning your product/s.

Option 1

You can refund us directly, once we receive your products at Nutrifactor, we will refund your amount to your bank account.

Option 2

Our courier partner will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Nutrifactor, we will refund the rest to your bank account.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

If you purchased Nutrifactor products online on another website, please follow the instructions on that page for returns and refunds.
